System Changes Coming End of February

On Tuesday, February 28, the credit union will begin upgrading to a new core processing system, online banking, mobile banking and audio banking system. In response to member feedback and preferences, we will be converting back to the systems in place prior to the upgrade that took place in April of 2022.

With this system upgrade, you will retain all the great new features and functions of online and mobile banking that have been enhanced over the past year.  In addition, a few new features will be added; such as free access to your credit score, the ability to view letters and receipts, the ability to open additional club and savings accounts, request a stop payment, order checks or schedule an appointment with us.

What Do I Need to Do to Prepare?

  • On the afternoon of February 28; online, mobile and audio banking will be disabled. They will remain unavailable until we come back online with the new system on Friday, March 3.
  • During the transition, while systems are offline, debit cards usage may be limited. Please prepare with additional payment methods should you plan to make large purchases during this timeframe.
  • The branch will be closed on Wednesday, March 1, and Thursday, March 2. We will re-open on Friday, March 3.
  • Historical e-Statements will not carry over to the new system. We encourage you to download or print the last 12 months of your e-Statements prior to Feb. 28.
  • When the upgrade is complete, you will need to download the new mobile app from the App Store or Google Play.
  • After the upgrade, you may  log in to online banking using your current username and the "Forgot Password" function to create a password for the new system. An email will be sent to your email address on file with a link to allow you to reset your password for the new system.
  • Direct deposits received after 3pm EST on Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2023, may be delayed in posting until we re-open on Friday, March 3. Please prepare in advance.
  • If you became a member of the credit union after April 1, 2022, or you updated your checking account number for direct deposits or bill payments after April 1, 2022; your Checking MICR number may change. Please contact us after the system upgrade and we will provide you with your new checking account MICR number.
  • If you ordered checks after April 1, 2022, new checks will be ordered for you at no cost.

    What Won't Change?

We will not be changing anything in regards to your current accounts and products.  Rest assured that we have been working diligently to ensure that this upgrade is as seamless as possible for you. As such, here are a few things we want to make sure you know are not changing:

    • Your member number won't change
    • The credit union's routing number won't change
    • Your debit/credit card and associated PIN won't change
    • Your Bill Pay payees and scheduled payments should carry over to the new system
    • Your funds will remain safe and secure, insured by the NCUA
